User Support Agent – SupportTell us about your time at Kivra?
It has been a journey of growth, learning, and – most importantly – fun! I have worked here for 6 years and still really enjoy it. I have become more confident in myself and in handling different cases and challenges. When I started, we were about 35 people, with significantly fewer users, so I've been thrilled to be part of our growth into a large company! It's simply fun to go to work, I know I'm going to laugh every day!
How would you describe Kivra's culture?
I immediately thought of one of our values, "happy happy"! It is a warm, familiar and pleasant culture. I think that feeling has remained despite all the changes that have taken place over the years, both in my team and in general.
What is the general perception of Kivra, from your perspective in the support function?
People often say that we are an app where most things take care of themselves. Many also think about the tax declaration and the Swedish Tax Agency.

What is the most common misinterpretation/misunderstanding people have about Kivra?
Haha, there are so many tech companies starting with "K" nowadays. It happens every day that somebody confuses us with another company and calls us instead! Otherwise, it is that Kivra is a state authority. It shows that Kivra plays such a big role in the everyday lives of Swedes, I think.
What can you expect if you join the User Support team at Kivra?
You can expect fantastic colleagues, lots of laughter, good energy, and an open atmosphere (along with a lot of fun AW’s!). You get to handle many different types of cases and meet different types of people. The cases often end with a smile on your face!
