Now, we’re looking for a People Partner to help us take our people and culture journey to the next level and turn leadership, engagement and change into real business impact.
About the role
As a People Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Kivra grows, enabling our leaders, teams, and culture to thrive as we continue to scale. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate our strategic priorities into people outcomes that drive growth, performance, and innovation.
We’re looking for a People Partner to strengthen how we enable our people and culture in:
Change & Transformation: Building our internal change capability so that transformation becomes a natural part of how we work.
Culture & Leadership: Turning our values into everyday actions to help leaders connect culture, performance and growth.
You’ll join a small, collaborative People team with high ambitions, where we combine strategic impact with hands-on delivery. We don’t work in isolation. Projects are often team efforts, shaped through input and reflection together.
What you’ll do
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, turning business goals into people and organization strategies that drive impact.
Build organizational strength through workforce planning, leadership development, and talent initiatives that scale with Kivra’s growth.
Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity, accountability, and impact through their teams.
Use people data and insights to inform decisions, measure progress and guide action.
Ensure our policies, processes, and ways of working support fairness, compliance, and performance.
Drive initiatives that build change management and leadership capability.
About you
Knowledge is important, but so is attitude. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and who believes that people and culture are core to business success.
We believe you:
Have solid experience as a People Partner, ideally in a scaling tech environment.
Have led or supported cross-functional initiatives that build scalable, efficient and human-centered solutions.
Have strong knowledge in employment laws and a good understanding of organizational psychology.
Are skilled in stakeholder management, coaching and communicating complex topics with clarity and empathy.
Can turn data into insight and insight into action.
Stay calm and solution-oriented, even when things move fast.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Additional information
This role is full-time and based in Stockholm. We offer the flexibility that life sometimes requires, but we believe that collaboration and value creation happen best when we sit and work together from our office in central Stockholm.
