What you’ll be doing

We’re a team of four, who are working together to reimagine how accounting and consolidation is done. You’ll be combining deep financial expertise with modern data tools and automation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to build scalable, auditable and insight-driven processes that raise the bar for how both the finance team and Kivra operate.

We work as a team, but you will be responsible for:

• Drive the month-end close and consolidation process with high quality and accuracy.

• Lead and transform the annual report process by introducing automation that improves quality, transparency, and efficiency.

• Build and improve workflows through automation in reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation.

• Translate raw data into actionable insights that shape business decisions.

  Explore and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

  Redesign manual processes into scalable, efficient, and transparent operations.

• Ensure all automation is reliable, auditable, and compliant with financial regulations.

• Partner with stakeholders across Kivra to align financial reporting with business needs.

We think that you:

• Have a strong foundation in accounting, consolidation, and financial processes.

• Love to optimize! You have experience in automating financial workflows and redesigning processes to free up time from repetitive tasks

• Thrive at the intersection of data and AI – comfortable working with large datasets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ideally with exposure to SQL or AI/ML solutions.

• Have strong analytical skills and a knack for turning numbers into insight.
  
  

Additional information

This role is full-time and based in Stockholm. We offer the flexibility that life sometimes requires, but we believe that collaboration and value creation happens best when we sit and work together from our office in central Stockholm. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus but not required. We are unable to sponsor new work permits, but can sponsor/renew existing permits.
