Product Owner Payments at Kivra
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of one of the largest and most important digital services in Sweden.
At Kivra, we are building services that connect over 6 million people with more than 50 000 senders in both the private and public sector. We provide a safe and accessible digital infrastructure that everyone in Sweden can trust and use. Millions of our users receive and pay their invoices in Kivra every month. Almost a million payments are processed per day at peak load. And these numbers are growing rapidly.
As a Product Owner Payments your job will be to drive the Payment product forward to facilitate the growth of the payments business area. Payments is a strategic area of high importance for Kivra and we are investing to take a leading position.
Part of this role is to assess value, develop and prioritise stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy. As a Product Owner Payments you will also:
Own team objectives and key results.
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate a future investment.
Manage the product backlog.
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product area.
We strongly believe that working in autonomous cross-functional teams consisting of UX designers, software engineers and analysts is the best way to develop products. You will be at the very heart of that process. Together with the team you will be responsible to deeply understand the needs of our users and customers and translate them into services that the team will develop.
As a Product Owner Payments, you will be a part of our Product team and report to our Product Manager Payments Domain. In your daily work you will collaborate very closely with our payment partners (including Tink, Trustly and Swish) as well as other teams at Kivra, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Legal & Compliance.
