Rebecca Rolin
Head of Sender Success – SalesWhat do you do in your day to day work?
It’s a bit of everything! I’m part of the team that looks after our senders, and my days are a total mix of tech, ops, and support. One minute I’m working on the systems to make onboarding easier, and the next I’m keeping the CRM clean or making sure invoicing is running smoothly. We also handle support for the senders themselves and jump in whenever our internal teams need a hand. I’m basically a part of the 'behind-the-scenes' keeping the business side of the platform on track. This means I get to collaborate with sales, the product teams and the sender domain, so I get to work with a lot of different teams, which I really enjoy.
You've been at Kivra for a long time. How has your role evolved?
I joined in 2018 when we had around 10,000 senders and 2.5 million users. Back then it was a very manual process, a lot of copy-pasting and moving data between systems. As the number of senders grew we had to find smarter, more scalable ways of working. Thanks to improved processes and system support, our small team of five now manages over 50,000 senders!
I began as an administrator, thinking I'd stay for a little while until I figured out what I wanted to do. Since then I've developed into a process administrator, project manager, project developer, and now I’ve been taking over as Head of Sender Success. I've really grown with the company, and what feels exciting about the next step is the chance to help shape the team's future and direction.

What is the best thing about working at Kivra?
We have such a good product at the core, so there's a real sense of pride in working here. But beyond that, the culture is fantastic - friendly, fun, and with genuine room for growth and to take initiative. I've been here for eight years now and I've never had that Sunday dread. Walking into an office where people genuinely care about each other, the product and have fun together - I think that's also where a lot of the results come from.
What do you do outside of work?
I play futsal! I played football for years and eventually found my home in futsal a few years ago. I now play in the top division and have had the honor of representing Sweden with the national team several times, which is incredible! Kivra has also been fantastic about giving me time off for different qualifiers and tournaments. I know that that’s not something to take for granted, so having managers and colleagues who are genuinely invested in that part of my life means a lot.

About Kivra AB
Kivra is a better place for viktigheter. It was 2011, and things were as they’ve always been. Trees became pulp that became bills and flyers. The mail was picked up in small cars and then driven out to small post boxes – just as they always were. But wait a second. Was there really no better way, a bunch of digital innovators asked themselves. There was. They founded Kivra, which soon became something much bigger. We’ve evolved from a digital mailbox to a one stop shop for your important stuff. But it doesn’t end there. Along with our main owners 41 Invest and FAM, we’re constantly finding new smart ways to improve life – for you, society and nature.
