What aspects of product ownership interest you the most?

Finding opportunities and seeking solutions to our customers' needs. We shape services from idea to reality. Since the market and technology change quickly, there are always new challenges to consider.

Being a product owner involves close collaboration within the team but also with other teams and customers. My job is also to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals and the shared success.

How did this lead you to Kivra?

Kivra offers the opportunity to directly impact the product and company's future, balancing strategy with implementation, and innovating quickly. We make a real difference in people's lives in Sweden.

What might a typical day as a product manager/Product Owner at Kivra look like?

Quick decisions, testing ideas, seeing direct results, and taking responsibility for strategy and implementation in a dynamic environment. Every day is unique and fosters learning.

What qualities do you think you need to have to enjoy working in a product team?

It is important to be flexible, independent, and solution-oriented. I also think you should have good sense for what customers appreciate. Of course, it is also fundamental that you are a team player and work effectively with others.

What do you think can make more young people interested in product ownership?

The chance to be part of building something big, seeing the impact of their decisions, and the opportunity for creative problem-solving.

What is the best thing about working at Kivra?

Creating solutions for everyday problems and impacting societal digitalization.
