About the role

Millions of our users receive and pay their invoices in Kivra today. And this number is growing rapidly. 

As a Product Owner Payments your job will be to drive the Payment product forward to facilitate the growth of the invoice business area. You will work with creating a great user experience for our customers and finding new ways of enhancing it. You will define the vision and strategy for the product, identify tactics, identify and build partnerships and help develop solutions. Furthermore you will prioritize, measure and validate the success of your work.

We strongly believe that working in autonomous cross-functional teams consisting of designers, software engineers and analysts is the best way to develop products. You will be at the very heart of that process. Together with the team you will be responsible to deeply understand the needs of our users and senders and translate them into services that the team will develop. A part of your job will be to further foster the culture of user-centric, hypothesis-driven and business minded product development.

As a Product Owner Payments, you will be a part of our Product and Technology team and report to our CTO/CPO. In your daily work you will collaborate very closely with our current payments partner Tink as well as  other teams at Kivra, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing  and Legal & Compliance.

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience within software product management, leading a cross-functional team.
  • You have launched products before, all the way from concept to launch.
  • You are used to driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and being involved in technical implementation discussions.
  • You have experience in analyzing profitability and a proven track record of managing and working together with different stakeholders.
  • You have a user-centric mindset and understand the importance of working hypothesis- and insight-driven. You are used to working with data analytics and analyzing user behaviour.
  • You know that agile means delivering value (that matters) fast. Furthermore you are acquainted with the principles of DevOps and Lean. 
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in English and Swedish.
  • You are a team player. 

Preferably you also have:

  • Experience in banking or payments systems/ platforms
  • Experience in building consumer facing products at scale
  • Experience building and managing  partnerships
